Stitched Up Heart, the five piece Metal band from Los Angeles, consists of Mixi – Vocals, Decker – Drums, Merritt – Guitar, Randy – Bass, and Dorian – Guitar. Stitched Up Heart returned to the Machine Shop for the first time since last November. The always eager Flint, Michigan crowd buzzed in anticipation of their performance.
The quintet opened up the show with their well-known hit “Finally Free” before blasting through a set list that included the newest song to reach Sirius XM Octane called “Monster” which is off of their full length album NeverAlone that is set to drop on June 17. Stitched Up Heart also played a variety of songs off their prior album Skeleton Key and, although the crowd may not have known the words, they certainly connected to the music.
Mixi interacted with the crowd and held the audience captive for the entire set while she put on a charismatic high energy performance. Her voice was prominent throughout each song
