The Hard Drive Live tour rolled into Flint Michigan at The Machine Shop last Saturday night May 14, 2016. Headlining the show was Sick Puppies. After a long hiatus, the band returned to town with talented new singer Bryan Scott. The venue was packed with a rowdy crowd hungry to see The Sick Puppies live show. They opened the set with “War”, and the crowd sang along eagerly. Emma Anazi, the bass player, tore up the stage in front of drummer Mark Goodwin. The band is currently on tour in support to their fifth studio album Fury, which will be released May 20th, 2016. The album’s new song “Stick To Your Guns” was definately a crowd favorite and fired up the crowd. Part way through the sixteen song set, several mosh pits began to form in the concert lounge and the crowds went wild. They played a wide variety of all of their hit songs, including an insanely good encore cover of Rage Against The Machine’s “Guerilla Radio”, and the pit went absolutely crazy!
The Sick Puppies have their own unique Snapchat filter that allowed the tech savvy crowd to access all of the photo shots from that night. The band then went up to the merchandise booth to meet with all of their fans. It was a truly impressive night in Flint.
