Entertainment lovers across the NJ tri-state area and beyond are eagerly anticipating this year’s first annual FOOD TRUCK & ROCK CARNIVAL, taking place September 18th, 19th and 20th at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, NJ. What has already been confirmed as a massive event – featuring a classic carnival experience, FREE food truck competition featuring 40+ trucks, four stages of continuous live music from chart-topping, Grammy-winning artists, beer gardens, pro-wrestling, and more – is now announcing even more newly-added, top-charting musical talent and exciting carnival entertainment!
In addition to an already fantastic music line-up featuring legendary groups like Godsmack, Slash feat. Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, Stone Temple Pilots, Skid Row, Skillet, Puddle of Mudd, and more, the FOOD TRUCK & ROCK CARNIVAL will now include additional performances from Three Days Grace, Black Label Society, Clutch, Anthrax, Sevendust and more! Rockstar Cabana – $4,499
*Limited Quantity Available. This package is for 6 event tickets in total for the weekend. The Rockstar Cabana includes a 30 minute meet and greet in your cabana + photos and autographs with Slaughter, Faster Pussycat, Kix, Lita Ford, and more, the VIP ticket package, a private six person tent (10×10 high peak tent), furniture and a cocktail table, Food Truck and Rock Carnival cooler with a microbrew six-pack, personal parking with shuttle service, a private restroom per cabana, and waitress/waiter service available! 21+.
In addition to these performances, the FOOD TRUCK & ROCK CARNIVAL is also announcing several new and entertaining appearances and happenings to the carnival portion of the event – adding even more fun for all ages! The carnival will feature appearances from world-renowned Illusionist Jason Bishop and Hypnotist Dan Candell, who will each perform twice daily. Other recently confirmed on-site events include a “Hell On Wheels” BMX Stunt Show and The Stress Factory Comedy Hour, which will feature VH1 That Metal Show’s Don Jamieson and Jim Florentine, Last Comic Standing contestant Rich Vos, Comedy Central frequenter Big Jay Oakerson, frequent Opie and Anthony Show guest and The Stress Factory owner Vinnie Brand, and more!
Also, recently added to the GCW Wrestling portion of the event is a Junior Wrestlers Boot Camp. Each boot-camper will spend 90 minutes training and learning from Pro Wrestling Hall of Famers Jake “The Snake” Roberts and “Hacksaw” Jim Dugan along with some of the brightest stars climbing the pro wrestling ranks. Each camper will also receive a photo in the ring with the wrestlers, personalized, autographed photos from Jake “The Snake” Roberts and “Hacksaw” Jim Dugan, a BOOT CAMP t-shirt and certificate. Campers will learn tumbling, use of the ropes and more signature moves, watching the wrestlers up close —-and very personal. Each camper will work in groups, and one on one with the instructors and legends. This is a minimal contact and fun training program – highly suggested for ages 8+. This is NOT a competition and only the pros will be taking the falls. The Boot Camp programs are limited in number, so please sign up NOW!
Many FOOD TRUCK & ROCK CARNIVAL activities will offer FREE admission to all, with daily events including live music, GCW pro-wrestling, food truck competitions, karaoke and discount, high-energy amusement rides. The FOOD TRUCK & ROCK CARNIVAL will bring you daily action-packed, high energy rides. Rides and amusements will require tickets or wristbands, and will include everything from classic ferris wheels to thrill-inducing rides. Discount Ride Programs will be hosted on Friday, September 18th with unlimited ride wristbands available for purchase. The event will also include a special vendor village.
