WATCH: ATLAS GENIUS PERFORMS “STOCKHOLM” ON THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH JAMES CORDEN
U.S. HEADLINE TOUR KICKS OFF TOMORROW
Australian alt-rock brothers Atlas Genius just performed their new single “Stockholm” on The Late Late Show with James Corden last night! The performance serves as the kick-off to their U.S. headline tour, featuring special guest Skylar Grey, launching tomorrow night in Portland, Ore., and including stops in Chicago, Nashville, LA and New York through early May. Check out last night’s performance on James Corden below.
Atlas Genius Performs “Stockholm” on The Late Late Show with James Corden:
The LA-based Atlas Genius are touring in support of their album Inanimate Objects, hailed by Entertainment Weekly as one of the best new albums and “a huge leap forward for the band” from their breakthrough debut When It Was Now. The album features the Top 10 Alternative hit “Molecules” as well as new single “Stockholm,”written by songwriter and vocalist Keith Jeffery on an exploratory and emotional trip to Sweden. “I had gone partly to write and partly to assess the state of a long distance relationship I was in,” Keith says. “I really felt like I was drowning emotionally and needed to let myself breathe.” The ultimate result of “Stockholm” is a song driven by pulsating rhythms that reflects the ardor of the human spirit in fight, with the band’s signature melodic electro-pop-rock at the core.
Listen to “Stockholm”:

Atlas Genius features brothers Keith [vocals and guitar] and Michael Jeffery [drums], who were born and raised in the coastal Australian city of Adelaide and now call Los Angeles home. Their new home base helped provide the inspirational backdrop for Inanimate Objects and has allowed the brothers to delve further into an eco-conscious and vegan lifestyle, a core value in their everyday lives and something they maintain even while on the road. They recently spent a rare day off with Live Nation TV for an episode of Sidetracks, sampling some of the best vegan food Los Angeles has to offer.
In addition to the upcoming headline tour, Atlas Genius will play a slew of festivals throughout 2016, including Shaky Knees, Hangout, Bottlerock, and Firefly. See below for a full list of confirmed dates.
