Today, G59 Record$ duo and New Orleans cousins $uicideboy$ share Winter Season (1989-1990), a new EP that completes their 4-part Yin Yang Tapes series released in May – listen here. Each Friday in May, the group has shared a 4-song EP named after one of the four seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter. Guest features on the Yin Yang Tapes include artists Ghostemane (“Bloody 98”) and Freddie Dredd (“Provolone & Heroin”), marking the first time non-G59 artists have appeared on a $uicideboy$ track in over three years.

Additionally this week, $uicideboy$ debuted a new music video from the Yin Yang Tapes animated series entitled “5 ‘N The Mornin’” – watch here. Directed by Tristan Zammit (Metallica, Juice WRLD, Lil Yachty), the series follows $uicideboy$-inspired characters Wetto and Blanco existing in a macabre occultist reality set in a barren and abandoned post apocalyptic New Orleans. Also, the group has new music “Datura,” available on the official soundtrack for the Fast and Furious franchise film, Fast X.

Earlier this month, $uicideboy$ announced their annual headlining Grey Day Tour 2023. The 40-date nationwide arena and amphitheater tour recently added second shows in Los Angeles at the Kia Forum on October 12, and in Denver at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre on October 31. Joining them on stage will be support acts including Ghostemane, City Morgue, Freddie Dredd (on selected dates), Sematary, and Ramirez. Below is a list of tour dates, and you can find a link to purchase tickets here.

$uicideboy$ have climbed into the Top 100 highest-streaming artists of all time, according to ChartMasters. Their most-streamed track on Spotify “…And To Those I Love, Thanks For Sticking Around” has amassed over 500 million streams alone, while their two top-performing albums on Spotify, I Want To Die In New Orleans and My Liver Will Handle What My Heart Can’t, have accumulated over 1.2 billion streams. The Grey Day Tour 2023 follows their top-billed performance spot at the 2023 Coachella Music Festival and their “Special Guest Performance” slot at the 2023 Lyrical Lemonade ‘Summer Smash’ Festival in Bridgeview, IL on Friday, June 23.

ABOUT $UICIDEBOY$:

$uicideboy$ dig light out of the deepest corners of darkness, addiction, hopelessness, and pain. The New Orleans-bred duo of cousins—Scott Arcenaux, Jr. a.k.a. $crim and Aristos Petrou a.k.a. Ruby da Cherry—translate a fight against demons (seen and unseen) into a clever, caustic, and corrosively catchy apocalyptic vision of hip-hop pierced with punk intensity and laced with Southern flows. The world first met $uicideboy$ in 2014. After releasing dozens of projects and playing hundreds of sold-out shows, they’ve generated billions of streams and earned multiple RIAA certifications, including the platinum “…And To Those I Love, Thanks For Sticking Around” and gold “Carrollton,” “2nd Hand,” “Runnin’ Thru The 7th With My Woadies,” “Paris,” and “Kill Yourself (Part III).” Beyond their critical-acclaim from Billboard, XXL, Alternative Press, Pigeons and Planes, Hypebeast, Revolver, and more, they built their label G*59 Records into a bastion of independent talent and home to Night Lovell, Shakewell, Germ, Ramirez, and others. In 2022, the punk-rap duo landed in the Top 30 most-streamed artists across all genres and have climbed to the 92nd position of most-streamed artists of all-time with over 15 billion career streams. Their third official full-length LP Sing Me A Lullaby, My Sweet Temptation marked their 3rd consecutive Top 10 album debut on the Billboard Top 200. The album led to sold-out arena and amphitheater tours in the US and Europe followed by a top-billed performance spot at Coachella music festival in 2023.
