TOUR MARKS BAND’S FIRST LIVE SHOWS IN 7 YEARS
KICKS OFF SEPTEMBER 4TH IN PHOENIX
Due to popular demand, ANGELS & AIRWAVES have added additional dates and moved select shows to bigger venues for their much anticipated upcoming tour (see updated itinerary below).
The tour, which is the band’s first in 7 years, has seen multiple dates sell out within minutes of on-sale.
Tickets for the additional dates and bigger venues will be on sale at 1pm EST today at https://www.angelsandairwaves.com/tour/. Regarding venue upgrades: Tickets purchased for previously sold-out shows will be honored at the new venues and additional tickets will be on sale.
The band recently announced the tour along with the release of “Rebel Girl” (Rise/BMG), their first new track in 3 years – click HERE to listen.
“Rebel Girl” is the lead track from an upcoming Angels & Airwaves album and feature film project. It’s the band’s first new music since 2016’s Chasing Shadows EP.
ANGELS & AIRWAVES (DeLonge, guitarist David Kennedy and drummer Ilan Rubin) will perform “Rebel Girl” live on September 4th when they kick off a long-awaited North American headline tour with a show at the Marquee Theatre in Phoenix, AZ (the band will be joined on tour by bassist Matt Rubano). The show will take place almost seven years to the day of their last performance, which was September 2, 2012 in Bologna, Italy.
