Just shy of 30 years as a band, Tool still reigns as a favorite rock band, and they’re kicking off the festival season with Welcome to Rockville, Epicenter and Chicago Open Air Festival this May.
For 13 years, fans have been heavily anticipating a new album to follow up 10,000 Days, and rumors from band members are surfacing that this summer that album is finally being finished.
Since 1990, Tool has captured fan’s hearts with their experimentation with their art and music. With their sound experimentation, Tool should have its own genre as it fits in so many, and has a wide range of fans. Their message, stage antics, and humor leave them as one of the most beloved metal bands and a very welcome addition to the festival lineup this Spring.
