Whitney Peyton drops new track

Whitney Peyton has been keeping busy since announcing her signing to Tragic Hero Records. She’s preparing for a huge 55 date tour that kicks off Thursday 9/7 in Lansing, MI with her upcoming album release for “Firecracker Pyro Edition” on 10/6. Whitney is stoked to show a new side of herself on the track, “You Are,” off the upcoming record.
Using her real life as inspiration for many of her tracks, her love life has been the subject of numerous songs. “You Are” takes a different spin to what fans would expect as Whitney shared, “Usually I’m like the Taylor Swift of rap and all my love songs are about ex’s and breaking up. I’m becoming more laid back in life and love, and it definitely shows. Welcome to my first happy go lucky love track!”
“Firecracker Pyro Edition” is available for pre order along with exclusive new merch at Merchbucket.

About Whitney Peyton
Whitney Peyton has an impressive resume thus far and will continue to add new accolades as her future continues to be on the rise. With her extensive tour history and discography under her belt, she’s constantly writing and using real life inspiration for her raps.

Her latest album, “Firecracker,” shows off her unique style and vivacious personality. Growing up writing poetry, Whitney pays exceptional attention to detail to the lyrics she writes. Not afraid to touch on personal topics, her songs resonate with her ravenous fan base. The tracks are influenced from many different aspects of Whitney’s life whether it’s a hilarious situation to a rough break up and everywhere in between.

“Firecracker” was met with such an overwhelming response that Whitney wanted to do something special for her fans. She headed back into the studio to record new bonus tracks that would be included on the “Firecracker: Pyro Edition.”
The deluxe version includes previously released standalone singles along with brand new songs. This will be the first record that features both Whitney’s signature hip hop style along with rock infused tracks which showcase her diversity and ability to conquer different genres.
The original Firecracker was an appetizer, the Pyro Edition is the whole shebang.
