Puscifer Live at The National 4/18/2016

s-l1600

The Maynard James Keenan-fronted Puscifer played The National in Richmond, VA on April 18th. The near capacity crowd was in for a treat as Luchafer got things started for the night. The mysterious Luchafer, which many speculate to be possible members of Puscifer put on a comedic display of Mexican wrestling that kept the crowd entertained. For Puscifer’s set the wrestling ring stayed out with Maynard and Carina Round taking up positions inside the ring, while the rest of the band members were set up along the sides and in front of it. The band was backed by a large video screen that played videos thru out the show as well as two smaller screens on the sides of the stage. Although the lighting was dark making it sometimes difficult to see the band, the overall show and sound were amazing. Puscifer is a must see band to say the least. The current Money $hot Round 2 Tour wraps up on April 28th in Albuquerque, NM before the band heads over to Europe for several weeks. Fans can only hope that there will be a round 3 to the tour later in the year, and if so it’s a show you will not want to miss.
