The second leg of Panic! At The Disco’s ‘Pray For The Wicked’ tour kicked off earlier this month in Buffalo, NY. On Sunday night the tour stopped in Washington, DC for a sold out show at Capital One Arena. The tour is in support of their latest release, Pray for the Wicked which was released back in June of 2018 and hit the number one spot on the US Billboard 200. The current leg of the tour is slated to wrap on February 20th in Sacramento, CA. Fans can purchase tickets to the remaining dates HERE

Betty Who started things off for the night as she took the stage with her two male dancers who accompanied her thru her seven song set that wrapped up with her 2012 debut single, “Somebody Loves You.”

Betty Who Setlist: Rocket Girl (Lemaitre cover), Human Touch, Taste, I Remember, Mama Say, I Love You Always Forever (Donna Lewis cover), and Somebody Loves You.

Two Feet was up next, touring in support of his latest EP A 20 Something Fuck, the singer, songwriter played a nine song set that included his break out single “Go Fuck Yourself.”

Two Feet Setlist: You’re So Cold, Had Some Drinks, Love is a Bitch, Quick Musical Doodles, I Want It, You Say, Ain’t No Sunshine (Bill Withers cover), Go Fuck Yourself, and I Feel Like I’m Drowning.

Panic! At The Disco kicked off their nearly two hour, twenty-eight song set with “(Fuck A) Silver Lining” from their latest release, eight out of the eleven tracks on Pray for the Wicked made the nights setlist. The production on this tour is top-notch with plenty of fire and confetti during the night’s performance. The band was backed by a three piece string section as well as a three piece brass section to round out the sound of the night’s performance. 

During the cover of Bonnie Raitt’s “I Can’t Make You Love Me” Brendon Urie took to the crowd getting up close and personal with fans as he made his way to his piano for “Dying in LA.” Once at the piano Brendon spoke how the song reminded him of his mom as the piano began to rise and carry him across the arena back to the stage as he played. During “Girls/Girls/Boys” the arena was washed over with colored lighting creating a rainbow effect. Fans tossed pride flags onto the stage which Brendon draped himself in as he sang. Other highlights of the night included Brendon’s drum solo during “Mrs Jackson” which concluded with a back flip off the drum riser and Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

The night wrapped up with a three song encore that included “Say Amen (Saturday Night),” “I Write Sins Not Tragedies,” and “Victorious.”
