With only a few short days before Deeper Wells, the newest album from Historian, drops (it’s available on the 14th), here’s a chance to check out another single from this likely to be an amazing collection of songs.
“Away” is one of the best tracks from this new album, so far. This track sounds like the Beatles meets the symphony meets a singer/songwriter that has huge aspirations and dreams.
It’s a mellow track with a dreamy sound. From the slower and more melodramatic sounds to the more upbeat parts of the song, it has so much to offer. It’s a beautiful arrangement of music that fans of mellow rock, experimental rock, and vintage rock will find something within to enjoy.
The lyrics really stand out on this track, so make sure you listen to more than just the delightful musical stylings – there is more to this song than some well-played instruments.
