Bush Announces Special Livestream and Adds Starcrawler to Must-See Headline Tour
With several shows in top markets like Chicago, Nashville, St. Louis, and Toronto already sold out on their highly-anticipated headline winter tour, legendary rockers BUSH have announced an array of exciting goodies for their fans ahead of the January 28 tour kickoff. The band is set to bring their epic stage show worldwide via a January 29 livestream by partnering with  Veeps. More info HERE. In addition, after tour-wide VIP packages sold out ahead of the clock striking the New Year, BUSH has just released a handful of additional VIP upgrades to each available tour market for those who didn’t get their hands on one during the tour’s initial onsale.

Not stopping there, BUSH also announced the addition of rising stars Starcrawler as support on seven of the upcoming shows, beginning in LA with Jerry Cantrell on 1/29 and concluding in Kansas City on 2/7. Starcrawler’s inclusion further cements the tour’s message that rock isn’t dead.

Frontman Gavin Rossdale stated: “It felt like a strong female presence was needed to complete this great bill and we think Starcrawler rocks! We are inviting all fans to come celebrate a full night out with us, Jerry Cantrell, and Starcrawler.”

After an incredible summer on this year’s hottest rock concert package with comrades Alice In Chains & Breaking Benjamin that sold close to 400,000 tickets, BUSH are hitting the road again in support of their new album, ‘The Art Of Survival’. Their must-see headline tour kicks off on January 28th in Reno, Nevada, along with some very special guests along the way including Jerry Cantrell, Candlebox, Silversun Pickups, and newly-added Starcrawler. Full dates below.

This all follows BUSH’s recent #1 at Active Rock radio, “More Than Machines,” the lead single from The Art of Survival and the band’s seventh #1 to date. “Machines” spent the entire season as a weekly, featured track on the NFL’s top-rated Monday Night Football telecast, with the song topping the charts just before Christmas. The Art of Survival itself ranked in the Top 10 for both Hard Music and Alternative albums, as well as in the Top 20 for Rock albums. The new record also received praise from BillboardStereogumConsequenceAllMusic (who gave the album a 4/5 star review) and E! News, who said “BUSH …proved once again that they have no plans to slow down.”

ABOUT BUSH:

After three decades, well over 20 million records sold, a GRAMMY® Award nomination, 1 billion streams, and a procession of #1 hits, BUSH stand tall as rock outliers whose imprint only widens as the years pass. Turn on rock radio, and it won’t be long before you hear “Glycerine” or “Machinehead.” On the big screen, their music courses through blockbuster franchises such as John Wick. On the road, they regularly pack amphitheaters and ignite festival stages. In 1994, the group delivered their seminal debut, Sixteen Stone. It notably achieved a six-times platinum certification, remaining a pillar of modern rock. Rolling Stone cited it among “1994: The 40 Best Records From Mainstream Alternative’s Greatest Year,” while Stereogum exclaimed, “It feels like music untethered from time, separate from its history.” The triple-platinum follow-up, Razorblade Suitcase, bowed at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and boasted “Swallowed,” which garnered a GRAMMY® Award nomination in the category of “Best Hard Rock Performance.” Their catalog spans the platinum The Science of Things [1999] through Black and White Rainbows [2017], and The Kingdom [2020], which includes acclaimed tracks “Flowers On A Grave” and “Bullet Holes.” As indefatigable as ever, they’re still here too, which brings us to their latest ninth full-length offering, The Art of Survival [BMG]. The twelve tracks on the album aren’t just the sound of a band surviving though; they’re the sound of a band bucking trends, breaking ground, and besting even their most celebrated canon.Their lead single off the album “More Than Machines,” is the band’s 7th #1 single at radio. Thus far, they have notched 24 straight Top 40 hits on the Modern Rock and Mainstream Rock charts.
