The Detroit Pistons secured a dominant 124-104 victory over the Washington Wizards on November 17, 2024, at Capital One Arena. Cade Cunningham delivered an outstanding performance, achieving a triple-double with 21 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists, complemented by five steals. Jaden Ivey was also pivotal, scoring 28 points and adding 8 assists.

Jordan Poole led the Wizards with 22 points and 5 assists, while Jonas Valanciunas contributed 13 points and 10 rebounds. However, the Wizards’ defense struggled, particularly in the third quarter, where the Pistons widened their lead by outscoring them 37-26.

Third Quarter:
Detroit dominated, outscoring Washington 37-26. Their ball movement and perimeter shooting dismantled the Wizards’ defense. Cunningham’s triple-double came into view during this stretch as he facilitated effectively while adding crucial rebounds and steals.

Fourth Quarter:
Though the Wizards showed some fight, the Pistons maintained control, sealing the game with a balanced attack. Cade Cunningham completed his triple-double, and Detroit cruised to a 20-point victory.
