Overtime Thriller: Hershey Bears’ Dubé Stuns Penguins in Epic Comeback

The Hershey Bears mounted an exciting comeback to beat the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins 5-4 in overtime on March 1, 2025. Pierrick Dubé played a crucial role, scoring the game-tying and game-winning goals. Ivan Miroshnichenko also chipped in with two goals for the Bears. On the Penguins’ side, Valtteri Puustinen led with two goals and an assist.

Despite being heavily outshot, the Penguins remained competitive throughout the game. Special teams were a factor, with the Penguins converting one power play and successfully killing all of Hershey’s man-advantage chances.
